Do you accept credit card/Stripe/Paypal?
I accept credit card, debit card and Stripe. Unfortunately PayPal payment is not available at the moment.

When will my order arrive?
Malaysia orders will be shipped by DHL/PosLaju and it may take approximately 1 to 5 business days. For international shipping, approximate delivery time is 1-4 weeks, depending on your local postal service.

What happens if the item received is damaged?
All sales are final. If products were damaged during shipping, please take a photo of your damaged product/item and message me on Instagram (@whiteyedcat). If you prefer a refund, you will need to mail the item back. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning an item.

My package is lost. Can I get a refund too?
I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they have been passed to the postal services.

Can I get a customised/personalised design?
Absolutely! I accept commissions to design personalised artwork and print them on art cards, t-shirts, keychains or tote bags or anything on your mind ;) do note that the prices may vary. Feel free to send me an inquiry on the Contacts page for more info.
